Meet Fernando

Hey there! I’m Fernando Torresdey, a proud native Texan, entrepreneur, and Realtor® who truly understands the value of trust when it comes to big decisions. Being a family-run business owner for over 20 years in the auto industry, I know firsthand the time, effort, and emotions that go into making a major purchase. That experience has shaped the way I approach real estate—helping my clients navigate the buying and selling process with confidence and ease.

 After earning my B.A. in Media Strategies from Texas Tech University, I took a leap and kicked off my real estate career in Austin, Texas, working alongside some of the top agents at Coldwell Banker Realty. Fast forward to 2020, I completed my MBA from Texas Tech, packed up, and came back home to El Paso to keep doing what I love—helping people find the perfect place to call home.

 But real estate isn’t my only passion—I’m all about giving back to my community. As the founder of the 915 Foundation, I organize fitness events like Run the 915™ and Bike the 915, promoting active lifestyles and raising funds for local causes. I also co-founded LIV3 ATHLETICS, a performance fitness brand that brings people together through movement and motivation.
